Target 20 CRM Spring 2011 Update has Arrived!
We are excited to share with you our second update to Target 20 CRM since our launch in May 2010 - this time it's the Spring 2011 Update! Delivering these regular and meaningful enhancements to Target 20 CRM is critical to ensuring our clients get the most from their investment in Target 20 CRM. We determine what is included in updates by listening to client feedback, infusing some of our own innovations and also leveraging Microsoft's continual evolution of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. This said, we are excited to announce the Target 20 CRM Spring 2011 Update, which was delivered on April 15, 2011.
Here is information on the newest features now available to you in Target 20 CRM:
"Opt Out" flexibility with Top 20 Selling:
- We recognize that not every Prospect type is a fit for Power Shot Training's Top 20 Selling Strategy, and that offering Target 20 CRM users more flexibility here is important. You now have the ability to "opt out" of following the Top 20 Selling process. This is easily done by clicking "No" on the Follow Top 20 Selling field on a Prospect record in Target 20 CRM.
LinkedIn "Social CRM":
- LinkedIn is the leading business-focused social network and can be a great way to get connected to folks you are targeting or are just growing a relationship with. We've added a LinkedIn button to Prospect, Referral Source and Referrer records, giving you one-click searching for that person on LinkedIn right from Target 20 CRM.
New Inquiry Protocols Content in Virtual Sales Coach:
- Effectively fielding inbound inquiry calls is often the critical first step around a client or patient opportunity. We have added a new area to the Virtual Sales Coach called Inquiry Protocols and provided easy access to Power Shot Training's proven best practices for handling various types o inquiries right from the Referral record.
New Referrer Visitation Planner View in Referrer area:
- If you are using Target 20 CRM to track the preferred visiting hours for your Referrers, this new View in the Referrers area allows you to see preferred visiting hours at a glance across your whole Referrer base. We hope this will help you use data to plan your week more efficiently.
Additional Client Information Fields on the Referrer Record:
- To help you get more value out of the Referral record in Target 20 CRM, we've added fields where you can capture the address and email of the Client.
New Relationship to Client Field on the Referrer Record:
- Being able to capture and easily see the relationship between a Caller and a Client is important. To help you track that relationship, we added a new field to the Referrer record called Relationship to Client.
We hope you enjoy the Spring 2011 Update... and as always, please keep the feedback coming!
Good Selling,
Dan Moyers
