Target 20 CRM Spring 2011 Update has Arrived!

We are excited to share with you our second update to Target 20 CRM since our launch in May 2010 - this time it's the Spring 2011 Update!  Delivering these regular and meaningful enhancements to Target 20 CRM is critical to ensuring our clients get the most from their investment in Target 20 CRM.  We determine what is included in updates by listening to client feedback, infusing some of our own innovations and also leveraging Microsoft's continual evolution of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.  This said, we are excited to announce the Target 20 CRM Spring 2011 Update, which was delivered on April 15, 2011.

Here is information on the newest features now available to you in Target 20 CRM:

  • We recognize that not every Prospect type is a fit for Power Shot Training's Top 20 Selling Strategy, and that offering Target 20 CRM users more flexibility here is important.  You now have the ability to "opt out" of following the Top 20 Selling process.  This is easily done by clicking "No" on the Follow Top 20 Selling field on a Prospect record in Target 20 CRM.
